Each Northwind office observes its own public holidays. Public holidays do not count against annual leave under POL-HR-001. If you work from a customer site in another country, agree with your manager which holidays apply before the engagement starts.

Delivery teams must plan around holidays in every office involved. Before committing a milestone date, check this page and the customer's calendar. If a holiday affects a deliverable, mention it in the weekly status report.
