Working with Initech

  1. Because the MSA auto-renews, the account owner reviews the relationship about 90 days before each renewal date.
  2. Notice to end the agreement without cause is only 30 days, so keep delivery quality and status reporting tight, see Status reporting.
  3. The low liability cap means any scope that raises risk, for example data migration, should be reviewed with Legal (Alice Moreno) first.
  4. Invoice after acceptance; payment is due in 30 days.
