Core and flexible hours

  • Core hours are 10:00 to 15:00 local time. Be available during these hours, whether you work in the office or remotely.
  • You may start between 07:00 and 10:00 and finish accordingly, as long as you complete your hours and cover the core hours.
  • Keep at least 11 hours of rest between the end of one working day and the start of the next.
  • You can work remotely up to 3 days a week; see Leave and remote work.

Timesheets

Submit your timesheet by 17:00 on Friday every week. Project time must be booked to the right project code, because invoicing depends on it; see Invoice a customer.

Extra hours

If you work more than 5 extra hours in a week, you are entitled to time off in lieu. Agree it with your manager and take it within a reasonable time.

Public holidays

Public holidays are listed on Company holidays 2026 and are additional to annual leave.
