Functional teams
Legal is led by Marcus Webb with Alice Moreno (Senior Counsel). Legal reviews contracts, drafts MSAs and SOWs, and owns the contract approval policy POL-LEG-001.
Finance is led by Priya Raman. Dan Whitfield is Finance Controller, Kavya Menon leads Accounts Payable and Noah Fischer is Procurement Lead. Finance owns POL-FIN-002 (travel and expense) and POL-FIN-005 (procurement).
People (HR) is led by Sofia Lindqvist, with Carol Nakamura (HR Business Partner) and Jonas Berg (HR Coordinator). HR owns POL-HR-001 (leave) and POL-HR-004 (remote work).
Technology and IT is led by Daniel Okafor. Erin Oduya is IT Security Manager and Liam O'Connor is Network Engineer. Bob Kessler is Support Lead and runs the service desk.
Sales is led by Grace Liu, Head of Sales, supported by Isha Patel (Solutions Architect) on technical pre-sales.
Delivery is led by Frank Delgado. Maya Torres (Delivery Manager) and Henry Brandt (Project Manager) run customer programmes.
Groups and access
Document and system access is based on groups: exec, legal, finance, it, hr, and a baseline "all" group that every employee belongs to. For example, HR confidential material is visible only to hr and exec. See Request access.

Reporting lines
